Cubiks is looking for an experienced Operational Change Manager to join our international team.
Cubiks is currently present in 13 countries around the world, 9 of them in Europe. In order to facilitate our rapid growth, we are putting energy and resources in our next phase of organisational development. The next phase is all about developing more standardised approaches where possible without losing our unique ability to act flexibly in our markets.
To help us achieve this goal we are looking for someone with the right experience, personality and drive. 
The ideal candidate
You are the ideal candidate if you have excellent project management skills and prior experience of working closely with operations in an international environment. Ideally, you also have experience in HR consultancy or the psychometric assessment industry. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our internal change projects and work across different teams together with senior leaders, occupational psychologists and consultants. You will need to be proactive and motivated and have experience of managing multiple projects of varying size simultaneously. 
We are offering a fixed-term contract for two years in a great work environment with a company that is very successful and operates as one of a few independent assessment specialists in the world. The maximum salary for this role is 60.000 Euros plus benefits.

What you’ll be doing
  • Act as point of contact and interface between the country teams and the wider business
  • Agree the scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria for projects
  • Effectively and regularly, communicate with internal and external stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify and address issues and work with the wider team to develop contingency plans
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within projects
  • Work proactively to continually improve project management and communication across the business and support a culture of sales, learning and improvement.
What your profile looks like
  • Fluent in English
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, International Management Studies or comparable
  • You need to be able to bring structure into the change programmes and be flexible enough to change your approach when needed
  • Experience of working within and implementing complex change projects, developing and delivering change strategy, plans and communications and designing change interventions
  • Excellent relationship building skills and collaboration at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong cultural awareness and versatility in styles
  • Able to travel up to 50% (mostly within Europe)
  • Experience in a comparable role for at least 5 years
