Talent Management trends for 2017 predict a new type of organisation. This is one built around highly empowered teams, a new model of management and globally diverse leaders. Organisations are now putting more resources and budgets towards shaping a new future.

With many organisations in the UAE looking to follow international best practice, what more can they do to manage talent more efficiently and create the new generation of leaders?

As part of our Cubiks UAE business breakfast programme, we will be running a workshop and networking event exploring how using psychometric assessments can help organisations select and develop future leaders. We will introduce our personality assessment PAPI 3 (Personality and Preference Inventory), as well as case studies showcasing how this tool has successfully been used across the UAE.

The event will be held in Dubai at the vibrant and cosmopolitan Intercontinental Hotel, overlooking Dubai Marina.

8.00-8.45: Workshop presentation – exploring how UAE organisations have used ability and personality assessments as part of talent management initiatives.

8.45-9.30: Breakfasts and networking
