We are a specialist HR consultancy focussing on assessment and development with offices in 14 countries and an established international network of licensed agency operations. We help employers tackle the constantly evolving challenges of personnel selection, development, performance management and retention. Cubiks combines first class consulting expertise with an advanced portfolio of personalised solutions.

An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced professional to lead our Frankfurt based operation. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Regional Director Western Europe and will be responsible for the attainment of revenue and profit budgets for Germany. This is a great opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual who wishes to build a multi-million Euro business in Germany with an international team who are full of energy and enthusiasm.

What you'll be doing...


  • As an Account Manager you will have a number of ‘key’, ‘target’ and ‘maintenance’ level accounts in your portfolio
  • You are accountable for client retention levels, contract renewals and growing client accounts
  • You aim to build long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders from your client base who have ultimate responsibility for the HR strategy 
  • We pride ourselves on ‘customer intimacy’. You can demonstrate that you clearly understand the client’s strategic HR objectives and can pin-point the right solution to help them overcome potential obstacles in order to achieve their goals


  • Spearhead the business development of Cubiks Germany through a combination of cross practice networking activities, recommendations and referrals as well as green field-marketing
  • Develop actions to realise sales opportunities and win the business


  • Take part in delivery of assignments and management of client relationships
  • Develop new ideas, design solutions development to meet the client’s requirements
  • Control and co-ordinate all project activities in the country

Commercial Management:

  • Be responsible for attainment of the revenue and profit budgets for Germany
  • Ensure implementation and compliance of commercial procedures including pricing policy, licensing and invoicing
  • Develop a headcount plan and recruit/deploy staff so that resources are in balance with the business plan

People Management and Development:

  • Provide goals, leadership, training, motivation and personal support to all team members
  • Plan and continuously review individuals’ performance and development and ensure that they are fairly rewarded for their contribution
  • Promote and support team development, and enables team success.

What you'll bring...


  • Documented success with sales of HR Concepts, solutions and consultancy services
  • Board level contacts and experience
  • Interest in and understanding of psychometric concepts 
  • Ideally attuned to the latest and most relevant thinking in HR Information Systems and other relevant subject areas.
  • High level of achievement, drive and motivation

To be successful you will need to:

  • Develop close relationships with as senior people as possible in each of your accounts
  • Have face to face meetings with your clients on different levels in accordance with the Account Management plan
  • Analyse client information to bring new and innovative ideas to your clients
  • Deliver excellent sales presentations
  • Record all potential opportunities in the company’s CRM system so we can make data-driven decisions and measure you against your KPIs
  • Ensure your CRM records are always up-to-date and accurate
  • Execute accurate and timely forecasting for your client accounts 
  • Work closely with the business development, delivery and project management consulting teams to ensure alignment on all client projects

Lastly, you'll need fluency in both written and spoken German and English - to business standard - and you'll also have the right to work in Germany.
