Groupama Northeast’s HR department asked for support from Cubiks as it was looking to improve its recruitment process and increase the level of job fit in new staff. The company needed a user-friendly tool that would be applicable across different functions and nationalities to conduct consistent, fair assessments.
It was important that Groupama Northeast would be able to apply the new tool to a large volume of candidates over a short period of time, as it needed to recruit for a variety of roles within a limited time-frame. The tool would need to provide reliable information that would help make the recruitment process and interviews highly objective.
Cubiks assisted Groupama Northeast with implementing PAPI, its scientifically grounded work-based personality questionnaire. This tool is based online, so Groupama HR would be able to administer and follow up on assessment invitations and generate reports on their results from the central Cubiks Online administration platform.
PAPI would be administered to all candidates prior to their interview, in order to provide recruiters with a deeper understanding of each candidate’s needs and behavioural tendencies in the workplace. The results from PAPI would enable interviewers to professionalise their conversations; using concise, clear reports to explore the individual’s profile with them.
PAPI has been rolled out across a number of Groupama departments and countries, and has been well-received everywhere. Managers and participants alike have found the process to be interesting and rewarding, and the company has noticed a significant improvement in the job fit of its new recruits.
