Cubiks’ Norwegian offices are located centrally in Oslo in Nydalen, only 100 meters from Nydalen subway station and close to BI International Business School and Torgbygget. We are on the third floor of Nydalsveien 36b, and in addition to an open landscape where our consultants work we have rooms for trainings, interviews and assessments.

Ellen is the country manager of Cubiks Norway. She has got a lot of experience with talent assessment from several HR consulting organizations and she has worked with management consulting for several years. Ellen is an authorized psychologist, she has got a diploma in economics and a PhD in organizational psychology.

Birger has been with Cubiks since 2014. He has got a masters degree in work and organizational psychology, and has several years of experience with recruitment and talent management. In Cubiks, Birger works within several different areas focusing particularly on assessments of ability and personality, as well as 360-tools and competencies.

Maylinn has been with Cubiks since September 2018a and has got a masters degree in work & organizational psychology which sits alongside her extensive experience from the staffing & recruitment industry. She is especially interested in psychometric tools and how you can use research-based solutions to improve processes in selection and development.
