In the historic town of Guildford, Surrey you will find Cubiks' busy UK Operations team and global headquarters.
Conveniently positioned between England's busiest airports, and only 40km away from central London, the office is a 2 minute walk from the mainline station. The corporate HQ also houses the central marketing, R&D, and software development functions.
Daryl is an accomplished Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, with over 20 years’ experience of both in-house and external talent assessment consulting. She heads up the Cubiks UK business. She is passionate about the fusion of assessment and technology to challenge the status quo in identifying talent.
When not in the office she can be found in her greenhouse encouraging growth with the help of lashings of trad jazz.
Grace is a psychologist and Early Talent specialist, experienced in designing and delivering a broad range of talent solutions. Her passion is for working with apprentices, graduates and high-potentials across all sectors.
Outside the office, she has a huge love of books and spends hours reading for inspiration for her own aspiration to be an author.
Joanna is a Business Psychologist and supports organisations with their selection & talent management. She has experience working with clients designing selection processes as well as managing assessment & development projects. Joanna previously worked in the Middle East and enjoys applying her experience gained from working within multi-cultural environments.
When she’s not in the office she has a passion for travelling, managing to visit 9 new countries last year, with the most remote being trekking the mountains in Tajikistan.
Charlotte is a business psychologist who works across the breadth of the Cubiks portfolio. Her key interest areas are solving high volume assessment challenges and supporting the diversity and inclusion agenda, including developing leaders to be more inclusive.
A fun fact about Charlotte is that she is currently learning how to speak Swedish.
Sarah is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who leverages her understanding of the technical and best practice aspects of assessment design when creating solutions for clients. Sarah is passionate about supporting clients with complex recruitment and development challenges.
When she’s not in the office, Sarah enjoys singing in her local choir and is partial to a bit of karaoke!
Janki has recently completed her MSc at university and is joining Cubiks with a passion of helping organisations thrive. She has a strong theoretical background in Psychology and wishes to utilise this to create theory based and creative solutions best suited to client needs.
In her spare time, Janki is a keen traveller and enjoys seeing as much of the world as she can. Also, she enjoys cooking using experimental recipes – especially those learned in other countries.
James is the UK Product Manager, overseeing our core suite of digital psychometric tools and their use in the workplace. James’ dedication to working in close partnership with clients drives innovation and change across all types of talent solutions. He has particular interests in the power of brand and communications to enhance psychological solutions.
When he’s not in the office…James brews his own beer and has a growing collection of Sci-Fi Comics.
Katherine is a Chartered MCIPD, working with our clients to design and deliver practical talent solutions, underpinned by best-practice psychology. She specialises in leadership assessment and development and is highly experienced working across a range of sectors.
A little-known fact about Katherine: she is a trained costume designer and has designed and made costumes for stage and screen.
Rachel is a commercially-minded organisational effectiveness specialist, with strong business partnering expertise and multi-disciplinary consulting experience. In addition to enhancing the capability of individuals and teams, she has a particular interest in strategic-level talent management and leadership development.
A little-known fact about Rachel … after completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Zoology, she worked for 6 months as a Conservation Expedition scientist, surveying birds and coral reef species in remote parts of Indonesia.
Lauren is chartered occupational psychologist with a wealth of experience in the development, implementation and delivery of international talent solutions. She specialises in the assessment and development of high potential individuals and leaders.
Outside work Lauren can often be found challenging herself on a climbing wall!
Alex joined Cubiks in July 2018 while completing his MSc degree. With a strong motivation to help organisations prosper, he works across a wide range of sectors on international projects including leadership development initiatives and high-volume selection campaigns.
Outside of work, Alex paints landscape artwork, collects music records, and travels with friends. He is currently learning Italian.
Kate is a chartered occupational psychologist and enjoys managing people here at Cubiks. She specialises in behavioural assessment and development of leaders. Kate project manages, designs and delivers solutions for our international clients.
When she’s not in the office, Kate volunteers for a local charity and is learning to salsa.
Sebas is a business psychologist and enjoys the high level of variety he has in his role. He specialises in psychological assessments and high-potential programmes, and is highly experienced working with different cultural backgrounds, especially with Latin American countries.
When he's not in the office, Sebas enjoys playing tango and Irish folk songs on his violin.
Sarah is a Chartered Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in consulting and delivery across a variety of business sectors. She enjoys working closely with clients to create innovative people solutions, with a particular focus on leadership assessments. An experienced user of a wide range of psychometric questionnaires and solutions, Sarah has a keen interest in the use of personality & emotional intelligence tools to support talent development.
Outside of work Sarah has a passion for interior design, enjoys upcycling furniture and offering design ideas for the homes of friends & families.
