Our 2016 international survey
Every year, we seek input from HR experts internationally and across industries on the issues that matter to them. Right now, the business world is experiencing a data revolution; with the volume, speed and availability of information reaching a scale never seen before. We know that HR professionals from all sectors are looking to embrace the opportunities this data can bring. Often, the business challenge lies in connecting this data with talent management processes, in order to make better HR decisions.
