Training Advisor

This maternity cover role (with potential to become permanent), within our central HR team, will require you to design and develop high quality training that aligns with our business goals. The main focus of the role is to create training materials related to the continued upskilling of our consultants, who  specialise in HR and Occupational Psychology.

What you'll be doing...

  • Conducting training needs analysis to identify knowledge, skills and performance gaps across the business  
  • Creating high quality training materials for a range of topic areas and environments (i.e. classroom, train-the-trainer, eLearning and webinar)
  • Growing and maintaining the Cubiks induction and onboarding programme and all associated materials
  • Continually assessing the effectiveness of all training and learning initiatives, updating and reassessing where appropriate  
  • Coordinating logistics and administrative tasks for training (e.g. room bookings, calendar invitations, travel arrangements, printing of materials and dining options etc)
  • Supporting on ad-hoc HR projects

Qualifications and experience


  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Occupational/Organisational Psychology or a related subject


  • Knowledge of or experience with ability testing and personality assessment
  • HR consultancy or Learning and Development work experience
  • Experience with project management
