Project Coordinator

The main focus of the role will be to ensure that all projects in the Middle East run smoothly, providing project planning, scheduling and administration. The role is flexible and the successful applicant would be encouraged to shape their contributions to the team in line with their strengths and become a key part of Cubiks’ operation in the Middle East.

What you'll be doing...

Project Coordination

  • Being the first point of contact for queries relating to projects
  • Coordination and administration of Cubiks’ projects in the Middle East, delivering uncompromising quality to our clients and candidates
  • Planning projects and assigning tasks to the team and associates
  • Ensuring the appropriate resources are available on time and on budget
  • Reporting to internal & external stakeholders on project progress and risks
  • Identifying efficiency improvements in current processes, creating new processes & mitigating risk
  • Data entry & managing databases, ensuring accuracy and security of assessment data & storage 

Business Administration Support

  • Translation of documents between English & Arabic
  • Providing ad hoc support to the Office Administrator
  • Learning and working with Cubiks’ online platforms to administer assessments and the business as a whole
  • Supporting Consultants’ administration
  • Supporting office and logistical requirements

What you'll bring...

Essential experience

  • Working in a similar support role
  • Translation: English / Arabic
  • Providing project and business support to a high service level
  • Meeting tight and changing deadlines while working on several concurrent projects
  • Communicating with multiple internal and external stakeholders with different backgrounds & needs
  • Working in a fast-paced consulting environment
     

Skills

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills for self, and supporting others
  • Fluent in Arabic & English, reading & writing
  • Translation skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint) to a good standard
  • Data / Accuracy checking
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills including the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels with diverse backgrounds
  • Comfortable with IT and learning to use new IT systems (the successful candidate will need to work with Cubiks own online systems and partner systems as appropriate)
