What you'll be doing...

As part of the Commercial & Marketing team, you’ll be reporting directly into the Chief Commercial Officer with a dotted line into the Global Head of Marketing. Working in collaboration with both, your overall mandate will be to support Cubiks in the development and sale of commercially compelling solutions that resonate with our markets. 

This is a varied role with accountabilities in four main areas:

New solution modelling and GTM

You will lead the pre-launch activities ahead of new solution releases. You’ll be focused on compiling and presenting client and market insight, competitor intelligence and business analytics to aid you in crystallising solution USPs, the best sales and marketing approach, and pricing models – across the globe.

Commercial bid management

You will support the Chief Commercial Officer and our teams across the globe in both the delivery of, and frameworks for, compelling commercial bids. You will develop/refine a content bank, a go/no go process, a support model and ensure our value-propositions are both clear and captivating.

Business intelligence and analytics

With a love for insights and using them to aid decisions, you will provide Cubiks leaders with business intelligence and analytics relating to the sale of the Cubiks portfolio to help increase and future-proof revenue.

Measurement and sales effectiveness

Using your technical nous you will drive the measurement of sales and marketing campaigns throughout the business. This will include the formation of measurement processes and tracking, colleague education and uptake, and campaign effectiveness. 

What you'll bring...

  • 3-5 years in a similar commercial, sales or marketing role
  • B2B experience ideally within a management consultancy or talent/recruitment company  
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • Solid analytical skills with experience using analytics programmes
  • Presenting and influencing skills
  • Educated to degree-level
  • Demonstrable business results
