Commercial & Sales Support Manager
- Leading the pre-launch activities ahead of new solution releases. This will involve bringing together competitor intelligence, developing sales and marketing collateral to be used by Cubiks consultants when promoting the solution to clients, developing pricing models that support the solution.
- Providing Cubiks leaders with business intelligence relating to the sale of Cubiks portfolio, by country, by product /service line, by customer etc.
- Working in close cooperation with Cubiks consultants in different countries to apply pricing policies and guidelines.
The successful applicant will need to have strong business acumen, solid analytical skills, highly computer literate, be comfortable conversing with colleagues in multiple countries, be willing to bring new ideas to the table, and capable of working at a fast pace. They will work closely with decision-makers and have the opportunity to play a highly influential role in the commercial development of Cubiks.
Qualifications and experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Experience: At least 3 – 5 years in a commercial sales and/or marketing environment, ideally B2B (Management consultancy / Talent / Recruitment sector experience will be an advantage)
