What you'll be doing...


  • Acquisition of new clients in line with sales performance targets
  • Develop the sales & marketing plan in close co-operation with the Cubiks
  • Country Manage Denmark.
  • Execute a plan in order to meet the sales performance targets
  • Initiate marketing activities to generate leads and further build the brand awareness of Cubiks in Denmark
  • Make introductions to new clients and meet with existing (international) clients to:
    • create opportunities
    • analyse the client’s needs
    • pitch and negotiate
    • close commercial agreements
  • Manage the pipeline, driving prospects through the stages of the sales cycle
  • Work closely with project delivery consultants

What you'll bring...



  • Experience in selling human capital consultancy services and/or online tools within the talent management industry 
  • Good network within the Danish HR community 
  • Meeting tight and changing deadlines while working on several concurrent projects
  • Communicating with multiple internal and external stakeholders with different backgrounds & needs


  • Highly motivated, target driven, persistent and resilient
  • Enjoys making introductions, understanding the client’s needs, pitching and negotiating
  • Is structured and conscientious, keeps overview
  • Enjoys working as part of an (international) team but can also work independently
  • Demonstrates strong people skills.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in Danish and English including the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels with diverse backgrounds
  • Comfortable with IT and learning to use new IT systems 


  • Educated to Masters level (or equivalent)


  • A strong customer service orientation – able to show empathy and understanding of others’ perspectives
  • Pro-active & self-motivated
  • Able to remain calm under pressure, when working to tight deadlines and when juggling multiple activities
  • Able to work flexibly with colleagues to resolve problems
  • Collaborative and supportive with a strong sense of fun
