What you'll be doing...


Business Administration

  • Managing the office, cost optimisation and enabling the team to deliver their work seamlessly

  • Being the first point of contact for all office visits and general inbound emails / phone calls

  • Managing logistical requirements and bookings - ensuring the appropriate resources are available on time and on budget

  • Managing contracts, invoicing, sales and purchase orders and relationships with UK-specific suppliers

  • Collating and presenting highly accurate financial forecasting data by liaising with the UK consultants and project support team

  • Managing office and client data storage & security

  • Maintaining the UK holiday tracker

  • Providing Marketing support to the consultants and local Marketing Lead

  • Conducting consultant time analysis and tracking project profitability

  • Providing diary management and support to the UK Country Manager

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills for self, and supporting others

  • Excellent written English communication

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint) to a good standard, particularly adept at Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s etc.)

  • Extremely high Data / Accuracy checking

  • Strong spoken communication skills including the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels with diverse backgrounds

  • Comfortable with IT and learning to use new IT systems (the successful candidate will need to work with Cubiks own online systems and partner systems)


  • A genuine passion for administration and coordination, delivering work to a high standard (including strong attention to detail; enjoying organising people, maintaining records, keeping track of progress and task delivery)

  • A strong customer service orientation – able to show empathy and understanding of others’ perspectives

  • Pro-active & self-motivated, must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Able to remain calm under pressure, when working to tight deadlines and when juggling multiple activities

  • Able to work flexibly with colleagues to resolve problems

  • Able to follow processes and instruct others in following those processes
