1 GENERAL
1.1 El Controlador es el titular de una licencia para utilizar los Productos de Cubiks, tal como están definidos en cualquier contrato de licencia actualmente en vigor entre el Controlador y cualquiera de los miembros del Grupo de empresas Cubiks ("Licenciante").
