1. Cubiks Sub-Processors

   Cubiks uses certain Sub-Processors to assist in the delivery and support of its products and services.

   A Sub-Processor is a third party processor engaged by Cubiks for the purposes of processing client data under a contract, including entities from inside Cubiks Group. A list of operating companies of the Cubiks Group can be found here. The Sub-Processor has or potentially will have access to process data (which may contain personal data) as described in the table below.

4. Intra-group data transfer agreement

   This Agreement sets out the terms on which any member company of the Cubiks Group (acting as a Processor of Personal Data on behalf of a Controller) engages another member company within the Cubiks Group to act as Sub-Processor of such Personal Data. 
   This Agreement is made between the members of the Cubiks Group with effect retrospectively from 25 May 2018 and is in consideration of their mutual undertakings and benefits.

   1    PARTIES

   1.1    The Processor is the member of the Cubiks Group with whom the Controller contracts.

    1. GENERAL

    1.1 The Controller is the holder of a licence to use Cubiks Products as defined in any agreement (“Licence”) currently in force between the Controller and any member of the Cubiks Group of Companies ("Licensor"). The Cubiks Group of Companies is defined below.

    1.2 The Processor is the Licensor with whom the Controller is contracting.
