About the Team

The Dutch Cubiks PSI team consist of 20 people in total. The Online Solutions Consultant role sits within the Consulting team. This team is responsible for solution design and implementation, project management, project support and delivery. Together with 6 other Consultants, 3 Client Experience (support) colleagues and the Consulting Director, you will ensure the assignment management, design and delivery of impactful Talent Management products for our clients. It is a team of professionals with varying levels of experience, who are passionate about our business and our clients and like taking ownership for and working together on challenging projects.

What you'll be doing...

Online Solutions Consultants in PSI play an important role in implementing solutions and supporting the growth and expansion of PSI products globally. Advising the client on the area of Talent Management, you will focus on the design and implementation of psychology-based assessments on our technology platform, project managing from beginning to end.

You will support our clients, developing strong working relationships and providing exceptional customer service. You will also manage projects for our clients and look for opportunities to grow accounts. You will be working in tandem with colleagues from the commercial, technology, consulting and client experience teams to provide solutions to complex client challenges both for local and international clients.

You will also be responsible for sharing knowledge with the team through your continuous learnings of new innovations and products within PSI and the Talent Management field.

Core Responsibilities

The Online Solutions Consultant role is primarily responsible for:

Managing, leading and delivering complex client projects on a national, international and cross-cultural basis
Designing and implementing personalised and tailored solutions to provide critical insights needed throughout the talent cycle
Becoming an expert in our products and technology, sharing knowledge and experience with your clients and colleagues.
Providing necessary training to key stakeholders
Business development, building on existing client relationships
Providing proactive and exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Supporting projects led by others in your team

What you'll bring...

This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about technology being a driving force behind helping people through the talent life cycle.

Preferably you are experienced across a range of Talent Management solutions and have worked both locally and internationally. This role requires a creative thinker who thinks broadly around solutions to client talent challenges, and who can learn new skills and information quickly and apply those in a variety of situations.

You will contribute to and manage the sale of, design and implementation of talent assessment tools and development solutions for our clients. With a flexible, client focused outlook and a good level of analytical ability and need for detail, you would need to be able to organise and prioritise your own work, whilst working on several projects.

Teamworking and relationship building skills are a must as you would be supporting your team and working with other stakeholders across the business. You will be joining a team where members have the option of working from home for large parts of the week; therefore, you will need to possess a reasonable degree of self-reliance and be comfortable with interaction via business communication platforms.

Need to have

A Master’s in Occupational Psychology / HRM (or in a related subject at an equivalent level)
Significant experience in HR Consultancy projects and services, or other relevant field
Technology savvy with knowledge of technological developments and HR analytics
Native Dutch or Native English speaker with very good proficiency in the other language
Project management qualifications and/or experience
Willingness to learn and apply PSI’s core products
Will receive training as required, but will take ownership of own development
Strong Microsoft skills; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (and comfort with remote technology platforms)

Previous experience of managing client relationships
Analytical problem-solving skills
Experience in presenting to and training others
Experience of implementing SAAS in organisations
Experience of working with ATS integrations
Translation experience
